The staff was very helpful and nice, customer service seems to be the top priority to them. I had no idea what I wanted but they have samples and a show room, pamphlets that you can take home and look at the colors and design ideas.

The owner Nicholas and his team are extremely customer driven and in my opinion are the BEST at filling my orders. Zero mistakes , on time, and with special requests and challenging deliveries. Outstanding customer service! Miriam was great and Nicholas, the owner, personally contacted me when an order was unable to be confirmed. He found a solution for me, an even better one than I had anticipated. We were promptly given a new quote and an immediate credit to our account, saving me HUNDREDS of dollars. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have had after four separate remodels on my home I will most definitely contact Outdoor Solutions and refer them to others.

Outstanding and Friendly Customer Service !! My wife and I went to a few rockery suppliers in Gilroy and we felt Outdoor Solution Landscape and Paver Supply was the best place to purchase our pavers. John, Miriam, and the owner Nicolas were very friendly, attentive, super helpful and extremely accommodating with our needs. Gilroy is a new location for them and they are building their business and their show room. Their official "Grand Opening" will be in the middle of March 2018, but their business is in full swing, so check them out ! Their prices are very fair & reasonable and out transaction was very smooth. Our pavers were delivered within two days and all pavers were stacked neatly on pallets and delivered to our home on one side of our driveway, we can still park our car ! I will definitely recommend Outdoor Solution to my neighbors, friends, and family !
